Out of the the thousands of suggestions we received after the post about the cat names, we decided on Leo for the boy and Betty for the girl. This is our blog. I post lots of news and pictures of Paige. Monday, March 31, 2014. Llamas, llamas everywhere. The Carvers dropped off three rescue llamas today. They needed a foster home and we needed more protection for the big pasture. We got a 16 foot equipment trailer to haul the tractor. We traded the old Chevy truck for it. The three new llamas. These two seem to stick together. The third one is the brown one. They all have names. Kelly, Cutie-pie, and something. I don't know which one is which.

James will be back tomorrow to finish up. It has sheet metal on the roof and front sides. The back sides have plywood with 2x4 rub walls since it is going to be exposed to cattle. The slab today. This is our blog. I post lots of news and pictures of Paige. Wednesday, May 20, 2015. We have 22 lambs on the ground now. 46 had her two this afternoon. 46 had identical twins. The three bottle lambs in the sun beam. They are getting the hang of the pasture. Laying on the hillside chewing their little cud. Ivy and her two got to go out today. This one has a freckle face. It's a sheep's life. Libby heard there would be food. Her lambs got released yesterday. They're living it up on the outside.

This is our blog. I post lots of news and pictures of Paige. Monday, May 18, 2015. Lambing is going strong. We have 20 lambs on the ground now. There are five ewes that haven't delivered yet. A lot of them are back out in the pasture so I'll try to get some good pictures soon. The driveway today. I still had the trailer on from the trip to Lowe's. Where I picked up the new log splitter! Friday, May 30, 2014. I only had two days off, with plenty to do. I had a couple no-shows for the truck. I finally after spending a few hours over with Lisa, Jim and Grandma(plus the girls! I got home to shave Ayden down. I did a much better job this time than I did the first time. Lots of fluff, he was shaved standing on the tailgate of my truck, this is after it got rained on last night. He sat outside with me while I weeded and pruned the rose bushes. Saturday, May 24, 2014. Sunday, March 22, 2015. Kylie has sent Amber down for me to ride and work on since I fully think I made Heidi ring sour trying to ride as much as I have been wanting to. Sunday, January 18, 2015. Willow, Tinks, and myself had another training day with Aunt Lisa at Lowes again. Lowe's has some wonderful hospitality and we even worked some on Willow growling at people. I asked her to sit and had two men come up to her and pet her, and she didn't even tinkle on the floor! I was very proud of that. Sunday, September 28, 2014. September has flown by with not much going on. I rode Heidi a couple times and she's doing great. I have to really start thinking about winter right now, weather or not I'm going to bring her back to Tamarack for the winter or buy a ton of hay, bring it in and stack it, buy a new tank heater and power cord. Saturday, April 11, 2015. Well Amber has been in KY almost 3 weeks, so what have I been waiting for? I don't rightly really know. I know she needed her feet done to help and make sure she won't trip on me and from there. I really don't know what has held me back. So today I put it to myself I would leave Willow in the car and I'd at least get Amber on the lunge line and see how wild she's going to be. First thing out of my mouth "where's the damn horse? As Amber is literally HALF the width Heidi is.

Monday, March 17, 2014. Yet another cold front came in and dropped more snow on us. Another 2.5 inches. Thankfully it's almost all gone now. So today was an inside the barn with the bunnies kinda day. I ste up both x-pens in the barn and put some out in groups. Even got a couple pictures of the cat sleeping. He's made himself a cute little bowl to sleep in. Thankfully the snow has melted off by this evening, so hopefully tomorrow will be WONDERFUL Day. Sunday, March 2, 2014. Heidi and Spencer pictures.
