October 3, 2013. It seems I’m very slack, so I’m going to post some quick and easy meal ideas. This is my fall back when I’m not feeling overly hungry but don’t have time to create leftovers. Fast, sulphur free and also vegan? I prefer a brilliant concoction of any high-fibre white toast bread, Pilpel Hummus (it has no garlic! With a splash of Fountain BBQ sauce on top. You could also use any other sauce that does not contain onion. July 9, 2013. Just like to say I have way too much stuff.

Saving you from sulfur. August 16, 2013. Here’s a post that first appeared on my dumpling blog, My little dumplings. I hope you like it! These days I’m living in a sulfur intolerant household. This wipes out the possibility of using a bunch of ingredients typically found in savoury dumplings, including egg, onion and garlic. This was my first attempt at dumpling we could all get stuck into. No egg (natural egg replacer). 1 cup self-raising flour. 1 cup of milk. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Oil for deep frying.

James Felton Keith (祁俊文). Technology allows production to scale, unfortunately its economics don't compel talent to scale; therefore, we must manage both. I was trained as an engineer first, then an economist, but have spent the majority of my time outside of the office across 4 continents studying how technologies affect the progression of our global and local culture. Ethnography. Is the study of culture. My most current work as an ethnographer is rooted in economic development. James Felton Keith (@JF...
