Ground floor beamed sitting room with solid oak floor and two leather sofas, 32 inch plasma TV, DVD player and a wide selection of DVDs. Ground floor bathroom featuring small tub bath with shower over. Small kitchen overlooking the babbling river Gwril with Belfast sink, electric hob, oven, and fridge.
