The following picture blog hardly does the race justice, but I always feel it’s nice to record something after so I can look back on it. I feel that only people who have participated in such events can really relate to or understand why we do these races. Summarising a 200km bike leg with 2 pictures cannot even begin to speak 1000 words. So here we go…. 2 Days to the Start Line. 5km run around Cardiff Bay, white water paddle, 5km run.
