History of the Self – Life, Edinburgh
https://streetlifeedinburgh.wordpress.com/galleries/history-of-the-self
An amateur photography blog. History of the Self. A Cold Grey Nowhere Place. History of the Self. These photos are a series of self portraits that date back to 2009 just after my daughter was born when I realised that, suddenly, I was truly important to someone. The self portrait, or selfie, is an odd thing because its a conscious decision to make one and it’s difficult to make candidly and deliver true honesty (whatever that is in the photographic sense). The Brodiach Effstigarth Railway: My master plan
http://pearsonenclave.blogspot.com/2013/06/my-master-plan.html
The Brodiach Effstigarth Railway. A blog describing my railway modelling journey after a break of 30 years. Sunday, June 2, 2013. The red blocks are the shed's window and door. The light green block is the lift out section across the door. The tan blocks are the baseboards. The mustard block is where Diane and Charlotte's village is going to go and will be lower than the other baseboards so it looks like it is in a valley with the track on a bridge at the back. Getting there | Brodiach Effstigarth Railway
https://brodiacheffstigarthrailway.wordpress.com/2013/07/07/getting-there
A record of my railway modelling journey. Competition time – spot the difference. Some general shots →. July 7, 2013. After another couple of weekends I have managed to complete the baseboards. I have also printed off the master plan (all 107 pages of it) and am laying it out on the baseboards. The downside of squeezing the biggest curves I could get into the shed means the plan doesn’t quite fit length ways but it is easy enough to trim 4 or 5 cm from the straights to fit the whole plan in.

http://pearsonenclave.blogspot.com/2013/05/slowly-making-progress-no-trains-for.html
The Brodiach Effstigarth Railway. A blog describing my railway modelling journey after a break of 30 years. Tuesday, May 28, 2013. Slowly making progress, no trains for a while yet. I've run out of 50mm insulation board so I am going to measure what else I need and order the remaining stuff for 1 delivery. The depth of the roof framing will only allow for 25mm insulation board, I'll need MDF for the baseboards and 2" x 2" for the legs. I already have some 2" x 1" and 3" x 1" for the battens.
