Making Guns; Papier Mache Gun. Part of my Making Guns series, uniquely co-sprays recycled paper fibre with a binder-water mix such that they mix in the air hitting a substrate as what is essentially papier mâché. The process creates rough geological seeming forms; colour can be mixed in with the glue as an integral part. Photography by Paul Plews.

The result is a collection of three desktop objects for the creation of status and psuedo function perfect for any up-and coming executive's office.

Young London based designer James Shaw has teamed with dutch designer Marjan van Aubel to develop a new material from waste wood. The Well Proven Chair is a collaboration between both the RCA and the American Hardwood Export Council helped along by Benchmark Furniture. After discovering that between 50-80% of waste is created in industry when processing raw timber into usable products, the pair.
