She shook her head and said, “You’re thinking about this all wrong. You can’t. Fail these preschoolers.” I looked at her, puzzled. Dreamer on a Mission. Living a Fulfilled Life of No Regrets. Saturday, August 27, 2011. Free" is Easily Wasted. I’ve been noticing lately how a remarkable amount of my “free” time gets mysteriously wasted each day. I start off with the best of intentions: exercising first thing, showering and dressing before my husband leaves the house, getting my daughter to the school bus on time with (usually) everything she needs. Then it all falls apart. Yep Two to three hours of nothing, really. An hour later, I st...

Dreamer on a Mission. Living a Fulfilled Life of No Regrets. Wednesday, June 13, 2012. Maine Attraction, part II. Continued from previous post). I passed the first chilly night snuggled on one of the twin beds in the main room, wrapped in a smoke-scented wool blanket, serenaded by the low, mournful call of the loons on the lake. Did I mention I don’t swim? I shuddered. “There are fish. In the lake.”. Where did you think the fish would be? He and Scott exploded with laughter. You would think a ruckus ...

When you last heard from me a little over two weeks ago, I was preparing to embark on a 40-day sugar fast. 8220;Oh, yeah, how’s that thing going? 8221; you might ask, maybe even with a chuckle at the complete insanity of it all. I mean, really, what kind of insane person would choose to go 40 days without sugar? So, what have I eliminated on this sugar fast? Basically, if an item has obvio...

Monday, October 25, 2010. This year may finally be the year when Q.P.R. Get out of the lower leagues of footballing life and return to the Premiership. Thirteen matches into the season and we are still top of the league and unbeaten. There is only one thing that can prevent this piece of natural justice from happening, its not Cardiff. City or there fellow Welshman Swansea, its actually me and TV. Last year Rangers were in a similar situation and off course it was all over by Christmas. I don't think so.

MY BOOK REVIEWS
Tuesday, July 20, 2010. I picked this book up in Chapter's Book Store in Dublin for One Euro and having finished. It, I think it was a fair price. It's not that this was a particularly bad book, but rather disjointed and let down by the authors over use of details he picked up in researching for material. The story tells the history of the 3rd Royal Tank Regiment (R.T.R.) through the lives of a hundred men who fought. The Baltic and liberation of concentration camps. Realise his mistake from page one, as...
