James Runs the Great North Run 2011 and the BUPA 10,000. In aid of Leonard Cheshire Disability. Ran 92km in 46 minutes, which really surprised me as I didn’t expect to be anywhere near that quick! With two and a half weeks until Run Richmond Park, I’ll probably do one more 10km training run and then smaller runs, so I don’t injure myself! Route was as follows. Ran 914km, not feeling too bad afterwards which is a good sign! Did a 5km run at the gym, nothing too strenuous yet as have a long way to go!
