Combine carrots, sweet potato, kale and goji berries in a large bowl. In a small bowl whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, lemon, and sesame seeds. Add mixture to the large bowl. Monday, January 30, 2012. Vegan Hazelnut Cocoa Spread- -AKA Homemade Nutella. Nestled in the mountains doing yoga! It was a great day! I just got back from Massachusetts last weekend from visiting Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge Massachusetts. The place is amazing! I came home with a couple of their cookbooks and am so excited that I can bring a of piece of their kitchen to my table. I am starting off by sharing one of their quick and simple spread recipes because I am a Nut Butter NUT.
