If I continued to walk and jog, could I damage it worse? Saturday, May 7, 2011. Weeks 7 and 8. Let's start with the positives.(with negatives in parenthesis). I've worked out 5 times this week. Tuesday, March 29, 2011. M - Group Power. T - 35 miles (made it to the gym before work! W - 3 mile hill intervals. Th - 3.5 miles. Sa - First day of Spring Break. I DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! And it felt good. Su - 5 miles. 9 weeks until 1/2 marathon. M - Pilates (probably won't do this again.my body isn't ready for pilates.). T - 3 miles. W - 3 miles hill intervals/ Group Power. Monday, January 31, 2011. Total Miles Jogged - 12 miles. Total Workouts - 6. Total Pounds Lost - 0.8 pounds. Praying that God gives me the strength to eat only when I am hungry. Still struggling with that. Blessings, Jamie. Tuesday, January 25, 2011. My long jog this week was 5 miles. I included some hills this time and I only walked for 3 minutes of the total hour. That is a 12 minute mile pace. That is a positive right? Pounds Lost: None, I'm up 0.8 pounds. Number of Workouts: 4 - I missed 2 workouts.

I was telling her that I hadn't updated this little blog of mine in sooooooo long and felt overwhelmed with the thought of trying to update the last 11 months. Tuesday, October 15, 2013. When Your Soul Lives at the Ocean :). In August, we took Warren to the ocean for the 1st time. We all LOVE the ocean and were hoping he would too. He was a bit scared at first, but soon he was a beach lover like the rest of us. These pics were about 2 minutes after we parked the car. Warren didn't want out of the backpack at this point. The girls, well, they aren't shy. :). We were lucky enough to spend the week with Gram and Papa. Up and down the Prom, over and over again!
