The Turner Family: January 2009
http://thealabamaturners.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 6, 2009. Merry Christmas from all those Chambley children! As you can see, our baby boy was so excited about Christmas! Alas, despite everyone buying Brantley many wonderful presents, in the end the paper was his favorite toy. I wish Brantley had a bibb that big; there might be a chance that we kept him semi-clean during feedin' time. Brantley has recently discovered that it is a joy to produce a post-prandial hotmess. However, his day only goes until about 9:30 before needed a big nap.

Joy in the Journey: May 2015
http://kassiandstephen.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Joy in the Journey. Monday, May 25, 2015. First Few Weeks with Joah. Here are some random pictures from our first few weeks at home.nothing too exciting but just a little highlight of what we've been up to. We exchanged big brother/little brother presents. Rocking outside while the boys play. We've had lots of afternoons where I got both boys to nap in our bed and Joah in the rock n play sleeper. I even try to get a 30 minute nap when I can before someone wakes up. Such a great big brother! Come at any p...

Joy in the Journey: Joah at 3 months (and my "y" condition)
http://kassiandstephen.blogspot.com/2015/08/joah-at-3-months-and-my-y-condition.html
Joy in the Journey. Tuesday, August 4, 2015. Joah at 3 months (and my "y" condition). Wearing: moving into 3-6 month clothing; size two diapers. Weight and Height: just a rough estimate at home but maybe between 15 and 16 pounds and around 25 inches. Appearance: I think he's a mix of James and Jude still, but looks like Joah. He has his own look now. I think he may have Jude's hair and James' eyes (still looking blue to me! This is the opposite of what I predicted. Temperament: He's pretty laid back thes...

The Turner Family: Beach
http://thealabamaturners.blogspot.com/2009/06/beach.html
Sunday, June 14, 2009. Sorry, we have been bad bloggers. These are pics from our vacation that occurred in late May* Please forgive the poor blog etiquette. We are from Valley, remember. Ladies, don't fear. I am seeing over these sands and no one is getting hurt on my watch. Eat your heart out Hassellhoff! So while Brantley patrolled the shores, he wanted nothing to do with the water. Brantley found that the Splash Pad was much more fun and less hassle than going to the ocean. Sand is over-rated.

The Wigton Family: Kindergarten!!
http://thewigtons.blogspot.com/2014/08/kindergarten.html
Saturday, August 16, 2014. I realize I am months behind in blogging. I have accepted the fact that I will never get caught up, so I am just going to start back with what's happening NOW! Caroline has been excited ALL SUMMER about starting Kindergarten. In her mind that means she is a very big girl. She's still my tiny little baby girl, so I had a hard time accepting it, but was ready for her to start. After all, C and C have fought all day everyday for 2 months. Cole was pretty excited for Caroline to st...

The Faulkner's: Chicago Marathon!
http://michaelandleahfaulkner.blogspot.com/2011/12/chicago-marathon.html
Monday, December 19, 2011. No, I didn't run the marathon.my sister Laura did! I'm not that crazy! I went for support and it was awesome! First off, we took the Amtrak from Carbondale, IL to Chicago. The train ride up was a little sketchy because we were in coach. Ick. However, on the way back we were in business class and it was MUCH better! There were four girls from Paducah that ran the marathon and there were four of us supporters that tagged along. This was my first time to Chicago and I loved it!
