It sure helps when you cant move due to crippling muscle pain. Antacids(Any form). Taste like chalk but cool the burn considerably. Mild Weather. I love that it's 60 degrees in mid August. I weathered nine months of pregnancy sucessfully. I gave birth to my son Christian Lawrence Miller on October 12th, 2007. He is beautiful, wonderful and amazing. Became happily engaged to Kirk. We are getting married on Feb. 2nd, 2008. I will post pictures. Had a lovely Christmas with my new family.
