Let's start with me, cause after all I am the girl behind this blog. :). She enjoys playing dress up, getting together with friends, annoying her brother, reading books, tending to her babies, coloring and watching princess movies. Her current obsession. FROZEN! She's all over the place crawling and is oh so close to walking. She's taken her first steps, but is still undecided. New do, Shopping and Swimming. Goofing around while sissy gets her haircut. I'm still in denial she'll be EIGHT next Friday! I swear her personality is blooming like a wildflower. And of course going shopping with mommy has it's perks. Daddy's girl. she about gave him a heart attack with her new haircut though. Ha! Hey dad, notice anything different about me? We tried to get Katelynn to join but it was kind of impossible, not pictured is my mom standing right behind them in case you're wondering. ;).

Seriously. I've been a bad blogging mommy this week. I'm not gonna lie things seem to slip away from me so easily these days and well I'm using the excuse we're down to the last few weeks of school. Saturday Jacob had a game and the weather worked in our favor. I actually ended up with a tan believe it or not. Because sometimes being safe takes sliding into home plate. ;). The fields were still a little muddy in some areas because of all the rain we've been having. And Cheetos are a must at any sub shop.

We had a wet start to our week and it's looking to be ending the same. Blah! Baseball practice was canceled and today's make-up game will probably do the same. April 30, 2014. When my NY family came to visit for Sam's birthday, I couldn't just let them sit around in our tiny town home. I wanted to show them this pretty place we live! October 3, 2014. October is my favorite month of the year. The leaves change color. The weather starts to cool down. My birthday, our anniversary, my MIL's birthday, and Ella's birthday fill the month along with Halloween of course. So many reasons to celebrate and be grateful. I graciously accept 34 with a smile. Another year older, but looking forward to what this year has to offer. Looks like a flaming ball of fire! Tom thought he was funny to put 34 candles on that cake! Hope it was a wonderful month!

October 21, 2014. I was so excited when our friend Wendy asked if she could visit on her move down to FL from Newport! To think she actually asked if there was a hotel nearby. As if! I love her and I love her kids, and they couldn't get here fast enough so we could catch up. Bonus: she brought me my favorite bottles of cider from Newport. 4 of them. It was such a treat to have them here even if it was only a night! We wish the Martin's well as they begin their next adventure in sunny Florida!

October 14, 2014. Our 10th Anniversary-Charleston Trip. When I married my husband ten years ago I loved him like no other. We were young, had no clue what marriage truly entailed, but we were excited to finally say I Do after many years together. Fast forward ten years, three children, six moves, a few deployments, and we are more in love and happy than ever before. It isn't always peachy, but we have one heck of a strong, committed love for each other. Happy 10 Years to my OAO! Our hotel was awesome!
