They wouldn't always stay open, so we would put our feet in the window to hold them open. Sometimes my dad would work up a system to keep the windows open. Sunday, April 8, 2012. We celebrated B H's birthday with a lego party! I got most of the ideas from pinterest- which I either modified or followed exactly. One had pre-made the lego figure faces, but I thought it would be more fun for the boys to make their own plates. Then I taped a mini-figure outline on the cups for decor. Saturday, August 4, 2012. August is here and school starts soon! This happens to me every summer- I turn the calendar from July to August, and I realize summer will soon end. So I decided we are going to do one fun thing every day until the first day of school. On Saturday, I will post our exciting- or maybe not so exciting adventures. August 1, 2012. We made volcanos: soap, vinegar, baking soda, food coloring and sprinkles. We used an entire gallon of vinegar- so you know they had fun! August 3, 2012.

Sunday, October 30, 2011. The Healing Power of Christ. My youngest daughter suffers from seizures. Scary, yes, but I've also learned a lot about the healing power of Christ. As I have been reading in the New Testament about those he healed, these are some insights:. The people had suffered for many, many years with the affliction- finally they found hope and healing power in Christ. They had great faith.
