West London County Court DJ told colleague that standard practice for CMC/cost hearings until we know how this works will be to list 1.5 hrs for costs budgeting hearing and then 30min for direction/deal with other matters. So the CMC (which before would have been 30min) will now be 2 hrs and he invited counsel on both sides to put in written submissions before the hearing. May 9, 2013.
