It ended up being a week long celebration. One night she had some friends over and they ate popcorn and snow cones and watched a movie. She had two family parties. On another night we went to Boondocks and played laser tag, bowling, go carts, and video games. I wish that birthdays as an adult were as fun as the kids are.

This year for my birthday I wanted to go out riding to the sand dune's, It was so much fun, but after losing our camera at the Dune's on Easter I had to use a disposable which is why they are just now getting developed! The Adventure Never Ends. Wednesday, September 9, 2009. A couple weeks ago I ran the Logan 1/2 Marathon. What was I thinking? I'm not a runner! The day after the race I couldn't walk.my knees were killing me. And I may be crazy, but I may just run another one. This running/triathlon stuff is addicting! Me at the finish line. Running to the finish line. I don't recommend waterskiing after a 1/2 marathon, but I couldn't resist the smooth water. This might be why my knees hurt so bad the next day!

Tuesday, September 22, 2009. We are excited to announce the arrival of Waylon Curtis Field! He weighed in at 8 lbs 12 ozs and 20" long on September 21, 2009! Congratulations Tyler and Kristen! I am so proud of him and as I sat there and watched him hold his sweet baby boy in his arms, I feel nothing but gratitude and happiness. Tyler has been such a good sport on the other end, and now he finally gets to be the Dad! Its a bittersweet feeling also because we have a missing piece to our puzzle, my Daddy!

Wednesday, February 2, 2011. JP and I took a little trip to LA and San Francisco for our 14th Anniversary. It was great to be alone, together for a couple of days. Of course, we planned our trip around food, family and sleep! We also went to a live taping of the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson in Hollywood. HILARIOUS!
