Tuesday, May 25, 2010. Pico De Gallo Recipe! 4 lg tomatoes 1 tbs salt. 1/2 cup of Cilantro 1 tbs pepper. 1/2 lime 1 tbs garlic powder. 1 med onion 2 jalapenos. Chop the tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, and cilantro into small pieces. Put in bowl. Next add the salt and pepper and garlic powder. last add the lime juice. How to make Pork Posole. 4 lb pork roast cut up into 3 inch cubes. 1 Big ass can of Hominy. 1 packet of mexican "california chile powder". 1 green cabbage shredded. 1 1/2 onions chopped. 1 bag of corn tortilla chips. 1) Boil pork until it it so tender it shreds ( don't shred it though). 2) add Chile powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, drained hominy and oregeno. How to make Honeydew Lime Smoothie. 1/4 Large Honeydew melon, cut into small chunks and chilled. 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (juice of 2 limes). 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves. 1 1/2 cps club soda, chilled. 4 to 5 lime wedges. 3 to 4 mint sprigs. Combine melon, lime juice, sugar, and mint in blender. Pur'ee until smooth. If desired, pur'ee in advance and chill for several hours.
