Finalist in the 2010 British Street Food Awards. Jamon Jamon Paella started when the owner was on holiday in Valencia, Spain in 2001, and walked into a charcuteria named Casa Vela. The place was adorned with hundreds of legs of jamon on the walls, and had a huge range of cheeses, other charcuterie and red wine. He fell in love with the place, and brought lots of sliced jamon and cheese back for his friends. Our ethos is simple:. Bull; use local suppliers where possible. Bull; use great quality ingredients.
