I'm skeptical about the credibility of the claims it makes but it was kinda fun ticking stuff off the list as I read through it and figured which would apply to me. Food Fight - Skip the goodbyes. 06 August 2008 @ 05:49 pm. The food I've been ingesting doesn't seem to be agreeing with me lately. Like last Thursday. I met Esther for dinner and we had Japanese food. Within 20 minutes of finishing dinner, everything that went into my mouth came right out via the same way. A couple of hours ago, I had coffee with Esther at Coffee Bean. Now, I am having twinges of pain in the stomach region.
