Not at home, not with my friends, and especially not with any group of people I don't know. It's really frustrating. I always feel like there's something wrong with me. And you feel on edge and panicky and buzzing with energy, even after you realize that theres no reason to be feeling this way? Thats how I feel.all the time. I really need some advice here. Its not just my skin, its my body in general and its getting so horrific (my BDD) that its interfering with my work, school, relationship etc. These are supposed to be the BEST years of my life, yet my disorder is ruining them! Today I was diagnosed with having plantar fasciitis (aka inflammation of the thick tissue on the bottom of the foot), Unfortunately, it was a walk-in clinic doctor who didn't know about me having Crohn's, and it totally slipped my mind. I now have a prescription of 375mg Mylar-Naproxen (an NSAID) to take 2 times a day for the next 2 weeks, and upon checking the internet, it mentions that those with IBD's shouldn't use it. How long does it take for your insides to revolt when you've eaten something they didn't like? Such as being allergic to chocolate? Or some food that was a bit old or what have you.
