Red Monkey Meets Blue Sheep. Donderdag 30 juli 2009. Vandaag alweer de laatste dag van mijn reis in Nepal. Naast alle up's en down's hebben we hard aan het project gewerkt. Helaas hebben we hier ook veel tegenslagen in gehad omdat we er achter zijn gekomen dat duurzaam toerisme een heel moeilijk traject is in een ontwikkelingsland. Mensen kunnen zo goed als niet vooruit denken. Eten regelen voor de familie, ooms en tantes is vaak hun enige belang. Zonder helm kris kras door het verkeer over stenen, rakel...

Red Monkey Meets Blue Sheep. Zondag 5 juli 2009. Even snel een paar foto's om een indrukje te krijgen. Verder weinig tijd. Vanochtend om 6 uur kwamen we per toeval terecht bij een yoga goeroe en kregen we 5 minuten later in zijn huiskamer yogales. Anderhalf uur Yoga gehad om z'n nepalees. Heerlijk! Red Monkey Meets Blue Sheep. Woensdag 1 juli 2009. Bijna onderweg naar Schiphol. Mijn laatste post vanuit Nederland. Mijn backpack zit lekker vol en ik ben er helemaal klaar voor. Gister heeft de mexicaanse griep zijn intrede gedaan in Nepal en ik ga me voorbereiden op een bureaucratische, moeizame gang van zaken op het vliegveld van Kathmandu. Red Monkey Meets Blue Sheep. Donderdag 16 juli 2009. Even een snelle update van de laatste dagen in Pokhara. Dinsdagavond is hanneke samen met Manouk en Bart teruggekomen uit kathmandu. Het ziekenhuis was schoon! De dokter was een of andere beroemdheid hier in Nepal, en daar gedroeg hij zich ook naar. Na een hele drukke laatste dag in Kathmandu waren we om 4 uur 's nachts thuis om vervolgens 3 uur later op het vliegveld klaar te staan.
