We’ve been getting lots of smallish potatoes, both sweet and white, in our CSA boxes lately, and they’ve kinda been just collecting in our cupboard. So we followed the recipe linked in the picture above, and it was so easy. In my own words:. Easy Parmesan Baked Potatoes. Wash the potatoes well, and cut in half lengthwise. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and pour into a 9×13 glass dish. Sprinkle this buttery puddle liberally with:.
