There were layoffs at work, which had me going in early and staying late for a while (fewer people, same amount of work) which made any sort of working out a bit more difficult… Now stuff’s calmed down and I’m just trying to ease back into things. September 12, 2013. Warm Up: Various mobility warm ups – some pass throughs, some stretches using bands on the bars. 30 Minute AMRAP Fran. In 30 minutes, do as many Frans as possible. Thrusters (95#/75#) I did #25. Pull-ups: I used a green band for the first 10, and then added a red band to that for the rest. I did 1 round and 11 thrusters in 30 minutes.
