Tuesday, August 28, 2012. I got the recipe from a friend, and of course I tweaked it a bit when I made it. 2 c blended zucchini (peeled and seeded). Beat eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla. When blending zucchini, you may add a little water if needed. 1 t baking soda. 1 t baking powder. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix well. Bake at 1 hour @325. Makes 2 5x8 pans. Friday, October 22, 2010. Here is a great recipe for bran muffins that doesn't use bran cereal. All 'whole' ingredients, for those who want to stay away from processed foods! 1 c whole wheat flour. 1/2 c wheat germ. 1 1/4 c. buttermilk. 1 1/4 t. baking soda. 1 egg, beaten. 1 1/2 T. oil. Mix dry ingredients together, add remaining ingredients, mix well. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cheesey Chicken, Broccoli and Rice Soup. 2 c chicken broth. 1 can cream of chicken soup. 1 125 oz. can chicken, with water. 1 12 oz. bag frozen broccoli florets, chopped. 1 8 oz bag shredded cheese, cheddar or colby. 2 c cooked rice. 1 t onion powder. Thursday, December 31, 2009. 1 c uncooked rice. 2 t onion powder. 1/2 t celery salt. 1 t garlic powder. 2 lb ground beef. 2 cans tomato soup. 2 t chili powder. 1 T Worcestershire sauce. Water, rice and spices. Add 2 lbs. beef. Mix up and make in to evenly sized meatballs, a scoop makes this a cinch! Heat up a big frying pan ready, add oil. Fry the meatballs in several batches, it is easier than all at once. Brown the meatballs, don't completely cook through. They always end up flat on one side. 2 t b soda.

It is growing growing like crazy and it is not so little anymore. I was able to put the flats outside for a few days, but the weather has not been cooperating, so they were stretching to the light. What's going on in our lives and pictures too! Wednesday, February 27, 2008. Potato and Leek Soup. I have been wanting to make potato and leek soup for a long time, it just sounds like a great soup to have on a cold winter night. So I got all the ingredients when I did my grocery shopping and finally got around to make it on Monday night for supper and it turned out great! Here are the pictures of it; I have now posted the recipe. 3 leeks, chopped. 1 1/2 cups of carrots, diced. 1 1/2 cups of celery, diced.

What's going on in our lives and pictures too! Saturday, September 20, 2008. We had Aaron, Jami and Chloe over yesterday for supper and a game. To keep Chloe entertained I brought up a bunch of toys from downstairs and happened to grab some juggling dinosaurs as well. After our game Nate decided to juggle a bit which was quite amusing to Chloe and she decided to give it a try herself. Very cute. Chloe held a toy in each hand and swung her arms up and down, rubbing the two toys together. 4 tsp baking soda.

What's going on in our lives and pictures too! Tuesday, January 3, 2012. Trip to Phoenix - The Laydens. The second part of our trip we spent with the Laydens, it was great to see them again! We went out to the White Tank mountains to go on hike. Nate and the kids in back. The trail was smooth enough to take the stroller, Aurelia was napping the first part. It is nice having other people who want to push the stroller. Saguaro, I also got a hawk or some kid of bird flying above! A waterfall in the dessert!

Aurelia loved all the puppies that were there (I didn't get any pictures). We also went out to an olive mill, it was very interesting, I know a lot more about olive oil now! Kent taking Nate and Aurelia on a golf cart ride,. His main mode of transportation in the retirement community. Nate and Aurelia with Kent and Cindy. A Slice of Life.

We thought it would be so funny if we could get them to wear the shirt on the same day to sometime. It worked out this past weekend at a potluck.
