The day has finally come for Harlo to go in and get neutered. As previously mentioned, we chose the Winnipeg Humane Society ( WHS. To do the surgery, because they offer the Spay Neutering Assistance Program ( SNAP. If you think you would qualify for this surgery because you have a low income, you can call them at 888-SNAP. We got there just before 8:45am.
