Monday, August 30, 2010. We officially made it into Washington D.C. or should I say Virginia where our hotel is. We got all checked in and head straight downtown on an hour long bus ride.yuck! We didn't get the 20 inches that was predicted, but KC got the first major snowfall on Christmas Day since 1963. It was beautiful, but BITTER! The wind made our 9 inches seem like alot more when it was whipping our noses and toes. BRR! It was fun playing in the snow outside with some of our new toys. We wish you could be here with us in our Winter Wonderland! It snowed 9 INCHES!
