He was down a pound from our last visit, so if it weren't for that pesky stomach bug, i think it would have been in the same percentile as his height. and he's carrying on the martin tradition of having a big ol' noggin! He's super smart, hysterical and sly as a fox. He's OBSESSED with legos:. Would eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches 3 meals a day. Favorite show is Wild Kratts. Monday, March 21, 2011. My baby is ONE:. I am still in shock. This year has gone by in a blink. After delaying his party due to a nasty stomach bug,. We finally got to get our cake on last night. It was also our 7th anniversary,. I can't think of a better way to celebrate. I asked joseph if he thought we'd have 3 kids in 7 years. He said, "maybe, but i sure didn't think we'd have 3 kids in 3 years! This little boy is my heart. He brings so much joy to our family. And he sure can TEAR UP some cake!

Today, Paxton, Ben and I went to the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta. We weren't sure how a toddler in the middle of his terrible twos was going to do but it was amazing. Monday, April 5, 2010. What a great time we had at our neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt last week. The "money" came and danced while we gathered eggs and played. Nicks" are more fun to find and gather, though. He refused to release the nick.even for candy filled eggs. The only thing worth trading a nick for? Works like a charm every time. Tennis and Swimming Lessons 2011. This summer Paxton had his first swimming lessons! He had two sweet teachers, Miss Catherine and Miss Cara. They were super sweet and Paxton did pretty good. We went to the lake this July 4th weekend and had a blast! Paxton enjoyed his newest toy that his Papa bought for him, the tube/float- I don't know what it is called but you could hear Paxton screaming for joy as Papa pulled him around the lake! Barrett likes pool water, but the waves of the lake were a little much this weekend. He likes riding the boat. as long as the conditions are right- late afternoon and cloudy with a breeze :). 8 months and summer fun! Barrett is 8 months old! I have stopped making baby food but because my last batch was so huge, we have about one more week left of vegetables. Barrett's newest accomplishment is pulling up! He is no longer satisfied with sitting, he has to be standing and because of that, he has learned how to pull himself up.
