North London girl moves to quiet village. Monthly Archives: July 2015. So excited to get the first version of the cover for my new book The Clarendon Boys yesterday. With a bit of tweaking this is going to be GREAT! The book, an adventure story for 8 years old will be launched in the Autumn and plans are steaming ahead! North London girl moves to quiet village. Best laid schemes …. It seems it is almost a year since I posted anything. How pathetic! So what is my excuse? And the new book? I am getting there. It won’t be finished till next Spring – but it is getting written, albeit slowly, and occasionally I get a little quiver of excitement … can’t be bad!
