The sunset reminds us how wonderful it is here. So beautiful! The next one is the damage on the malecon done by the waves. For some reason the waves have really messed up the malecon. Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Finally more band width! Some pics for you,. First, the little Mexican girls in their beautiful dresses. There was. A chili cook off yesterday, and Elvis showed up too. Lots of dancing. And margaritas. The beach picture is Careyes Beach, an isolated. Unbelievable beach where many super rich people live. The next is of our French friends, Roger and Nicole. She is the belly dancer. With pink hair that I am madly in love with. They are so much fun! Love to you all, Jane.

Monday, December 3, 2012. Things with the house seem to be moving along. We went with Carlos to chalk out the swimming pool, kitchen, palapa, entry, garage, garden, etc onto the land. It is impossible not to get excited when you see it drawn out. We will learn this morning when the pool, outer wall and palapa will begin! Take care and stay happy, Jane. Wednesday, December 12, 2012. Just a few pictures to let you know what we have been doing. Today a big machine was on our property and actually started DIGGING A HOLE. It is the beginning of the swimming pool. The outer wall will start soon too, in order to keep the building supplies secure and hidden. The pretty young woman is Rosita, who makes the best tortas anywhere! Hope everyone is well and happy and not stressing about the holidays too much. Love to you all!
