Sunday, April 26, 2009. I Heart the Details! It all starts with the youngest at the wedding. These two lovely ladies were the flower girls. This girl was the "veteran" with something like 3 or 4 other nuptials under her flower studded belt. He was a bit camera shy, so I moved on to one of my other favorite things.(macro). These rings were GORGEOUS! My two favorite kids of the day. This girl was one of the happiest brides I've seen in a long time. Made my job super easy! Have you tried cake balls yet?

They tied the knot about a month ago and asked me to shoot their big reception. Preparations at the salon. Shannon did her flower girl's hair. A" is gorgeous and was very into her look! L" was okay with things for a while. A bit of cajoling, a lollipop. And a good magazine and she was back on board. Girls, didn't you know, the magazines are the best part of the salon?

Friday, February 24, 2012. I'll stir fry you in my wok. Since I've started Weight Watchers the Easy Fried Rice Recipe from their website has been by far our favorite. I stir in either sauteed shrimp or chicken to make it a complete meal and we just love it! Sunday, March 14, 2010. On my own in Magic Kingdom. I left the family in Animal Kingdom and brought my tripod to Magic Kingdom to capture some photos of of Cinderella's Castle during the fireworks. Made it to the park just as the parade started. The castle looks magical during this season. After arriving back t the hotel for a little relaxation, and a short time of shooting on the hotel property, Aunt Dutchy and Uncle John came to visit on their way to their "winter home" in Florida. There was a little fish pond on the property and I could not resist shooting a few photos. It is also a very popular venue for weddings, a wedding every night we were staying at the hotel. My FIL and Uncle Joe. Melissa and Aunt Dutchy. Shannon, Cathy and Emily. Not sure about the taste.

Sunday, March 14, 2010. Getting Hair Cuts in Magic Kingdom. Kristin needed a hair cut, so what better place to go than Magic Kingdom. We took the ferry, not the best choice considering the weather. No line and a private performance. This is Penny; Shannon's favorite hair dresser. Britt just needed a little adjustment on her bangs.
