Art and Illustration blog. Enjoyed the day at the Coldwater Holiday Open houses! I was invited by the Lake Area Arts Group in Mercer County to be the first artist to start their. Traveling artist exhibit tours through the libraries of Mercer County. Once a month a different local artist is featured in the display cases at each of the libraries in the county.The LAAG is a brand new arts group that is supporting creativity and a love for the arts in Mercer County, Ohio. In Celina, Ohio, I am joining Amy Stucke Deal. Two artists whose work I love and admire, in a group art exhibit which will hang at Java throughout the month of June. In deciding what to create for them, I asked Scott for some photos of places they have been or someplace special to them.
