Foodporn Friday: Gruffalo Cake. Two weeks ago Destructaboy turned 3. He is a Gruffalo fanatic, knows both books by heart and I challenge you to try and skip a page at bedtime! He likes to tell everyone that he is the “Little Brown Mouse” so of course for his birthday I just had to make a Gruffalo cake. How wonderful it was to share a meal with my SiL and BiL tonight, Keith made chicken and mushroom pie with the creamiest mash potato - I am so blessed to have a wonderful husband and fab-u-lous family. I am thankful for. All that I have been blessed with thus far. The smell of the coffee machine brewing . Black pj's bottoms and a white t - getting ready for bed now-now :-).
