A blog about positive mindsets, attitudes and experiences. Are we creating and adding to our own stress levels? We are deeply conditioned from a very early age, to suppress our feelings because we hate feeling overwhelmed. Then there are the traumatic incidents, such as rape, abuse, attack, and war zones that are the cause of more severe cases of stress but the cause of which are long term and mostly, painfully slow to recovery from. Sometimes there are no obvious causes we just feel or are stressed.

We had been getting to grips with a technique called the Gap which allows us to access a state of Pure Awareness. A place from which we ideally operate from all the time.
