Wednesday, December 7, 2011. What we have been up to. Thanksgiving at the Gibbs. We had a great time and the food was delicious! Made Christmas wreaths. (in the process of changing the flooring). Adele had her dance performance at a high school basket ball game. Tyler was glad to watch the basketball game. Adele did really well she is remembering the dance step well. She must be growing up. She was so excited to have gotten her "alligator" move down. No Carpet in the KITCHEN! I love the our new flooring!

Wednesday, May 4, 2011. When my older sister was in town I got her to help me with the over hauling of this frame I bought. The background is a piece of eyelet fabric. My sister cut the foam board to fit an 1" around each photo. Then we hot glued the fabric to the foam board and mounted the kids' pictures on it with glue dots. Monday, October 17, 2011. After the last post I realized I did not post these Pumpkins Last Year. My friend cut the out the wood pieces for 2x4 in boards. Paint them the colors want. Mode poded paper (all three of ours looked very different). Then we sprayed it with antiquing spray of some sort. Then hot glue them together. I stacked my a little cricked on purpose. Friday, November 18, 2011. Make a "Crazy Turkey Game". I made this turkey game after seeing it on this blog today. I made my turkey's different colors because I did not have enough dark brown to make more then one turkey. (It was snowing outside also and I did not feel like going anywhere.) I used buttons on the eyes, and did a blanket stitch around the turkeys with brown thread (with my sewing machine). Other then that I did what the tutorial said. It is an easy came like candy land with colors.
