The Musings of an Uninspired Mind. Tuesday, March 10, 2009. On pianos, hymns and goose eggs. Since Hannah was born we have always sung hymns to put her to sleep or calm her down, even to the point where she considers a few hymns "Hannah's song" and will get upset if we sing one of them to Ginny. She loves hearing them sung in church or recognizing the melodies elsewhere. Lee and I both adore hymns and are thrilled she is developing a love for them as well.
