Today, I have switched to Diet Pepsi for a change. I ve saved myself 3 pts at lunch time just having a Diet Pepsi instead of a Regular Pepsi. I have been meaning to do that for a long time. My weight loss successes and struggles, being a mom to my two boys, being with the love of my life and more. Monday, March 24, 2008. I just recommited to WW again on March 20, 2008 at 236 lbs. I only gained 2 lbs since the last time I went in! I am thankful I did not gain much. :o) Now, I am going to stick to it this time. I know I can do it. I've done it before and I will do it again and finish it! Sounds like you've done a great job in the past! Which means you can definitly do it again!

I'll take that because I did not stay OP all week. I messed up over the weekend when we went over to mom's for dinner. Every time I mess up one day- there goes my whole week off plan. Now it's my third week since I have been back on WW - I have been doing better now so far. I have been journaling and staying OP.

I hope I can get there by the end of this summer unless we get pregnant again. Thursday, March 27, 2008. So last week I managed to gain 2.2lbs in Cuba. Although I took my measurements and my arms and thighs were thinner than before I left and the rest of me was the same. So I'm guessing I somehow put on 2lbs of muscle. I'm not even entirely sure if that is possible, but my arms look great now, so I'm happy. This week I'm down 1.3lbs, but feeling a little bloated. Thursday, January 10, 2008. THe 11-hour day wasn't too bad. My back still hurts. I did however spend about an hour at the gym. Love all my classes this semester. I think this is officially my best year of school ever. Almost sad that it'll be over so soon. I think I may go to swim after class tomorrow. Have to decide if I have the energy for it.
