Monday, November 18, 2013. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/2 cup white sugar. 1/2 cup orange juice. 1 tsp orange zest. In a pot combine sugar and orange juice/water, bring to boiling, stir to dissolve sugar. Add zest , cornstarch and spices. Boil for 5 mins. Add cranberries. Reduce heat and continue to boil for 3 to 4 mins or until skins begin to pop. Remove from heat. Serve at room temp or cool and refrigerate. Remove cinnamon stick. Visit My Home Page.
