Monday, November 7, 2011. The temps keep seeming to drop in the AM. However, Whit and I keep cycling to work. my bet is we cycle to work more often this winter than any other up to this point. My goal is 4 times a week avg throughout the winter. Today was cold (mainly the face and breathing but not too bad). I did basically double the clothes I had on. This is what I had:. Sunday, June 29, 2008. Rio de Janeiro trip. Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This is a follow-on work trip from my Argentina trip in Fall 2006. We are working with ABACC ( http:/ abacc.org/home.htm. To help secure the nuclear agencies networks in both Argentina and Brazil. The work is slow going but we feel like we are helping out. When I arrived, they were taking down structures and signs of "Carnival." It looked like they had quite a good time the weeks before during this festivity. Left - Copacabana beach.

Sunday, July 25, 2010. For most, a one year anniversary marks a marriage or how long someone has been dating working at a job. but for me, it marks just over ayear since I last posted on my blog! I couldn't be happier for myself that I have resisted so long to post something. I do have to dedicated this posting to my cousin Trina as she gave me a hard time at Twin Lakes for not having posted something for quite some time. Some preparations and measurements. Needs to be square and at the right distance.

Sunday, September 21, 2008. As everyone should know, I am a huge BYU Cougar fan. and after crushing UCLA (59-0) and Wyoming (44-0) - well, this makes me pretty happy! I then headed over to Darren and Tessa's apartment in Moscow and spent some quality time with them. Its interesting. Thursday, July 16, 2009. Mountain Biking. painfully wonderful good times. I finally found my way back to my mountain bike. I never found my stole Klein (blasted thieves). Yes. I had to buy a new one but it is great, a Jamis Dragon 29er. It is a sweet bike and with the huge wheels I feel like I am on top of the world! I have never been clipped in quite like this to a mountain bike. However, what a blast! I am looking forward to hauling my bikes around and having a good time and getting busted up a lot!

The morning mist is beautiful over the Yakima river and the valley as I come down from Bombing Range. It also get VERY cold as I dropped down the hill at about 40.
