I have totally enjoyed cooking for others lately and I wanted to get the recipes that I use most often in a place for others to see. Lots of the recipes I acquired have been from friends; therefore, I don't know if the recipe really belongs to someone else. If I know who the recipe belongs to I will give them credit. Thursday, September 30, 2010. No one will know that this is made with zucchini in fact it tastes just like apple pie. Got to try it! 4 C or 6 C. zucchini, cubed. 1 ¼ C. white sugar. 2 TBSP. Flour. 1 ½ tsp. Cinnamon. 1 ½ tsp. Cream of tartar. 2 TBSP. Lemon juice. 1/8 tsp. Salt. 188; tsp. Nutmeg. 1 TBSP. Butter, diced. 1 boil zucchini til tender. Drain and let stand in cold water for 5 minutes, then drain. Bake 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes. No topping – 6 C. zucchini and not top crust). 189; C. butter.

Saturday, August 23, 2008. 1 pkg yellow cake mix. 2 TBSP water (little more). 2 TBSP. brown sugar. 1/2 C chopped nuts. 16 oz cream cheese. 1 small container Cool whip. Banana (soak in orange juice). Crust - combine and mix thoroughly then spread on a pizza pan. Bake 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until brown. Topping - beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla together until smooth. Monday, December 22, 2008. As most of you know, im not the best traveler. I hate driving in cars for long periods of time, I hate flying, I just like to be at home where everything is comforting. I know, boring right,well Philand I decided to spend the holidays with my family, so he left for Utah on friday, which left no way for me to get there except to fly! Monday, April 27, 2009. Since I have not updated anything since January I figured it was time to get on here and update our blog! Phil and I have not been doing to much recently except saving money to buy a house. We have been having a tough time finding somethig that we both like, but we feel like we are getting close! Tobey and Max are getting along alot better, and Tobey is huge! Work is going great for the both of us, although its still scary in this economy! Hopefully Phil can come with me!

Sunday, January 11, 2009. A couple weekends ago Stacey invited me to go down to Hollywood with her and Sarah. She was going to have dinner at a resturaunt called Provecho where her boyfriend was the manager. I was really excited to go cause I knew how nice of a resturaunt it was and I don't get that many chances to eat at such nice places. Needless to say the night was sooo much fun and the food was amazing! You look so pretty in that picture with Sarah! I just have a beautiful sister period.

Friday, January 30, 2009. A couple weeks ago Phil and I went to supercross with a group of friends! We had a really good time, and I can't wait to go again! Sunday, January 11, 2009. As most of you know, im obsessed with dogs, and Phil got me a puppy for Christmas. I thought these pictures where soo cute so i wanted to put them up.
