I've challenged myself to go from doing no running at all to completing 24 5k parkruns in a year. 9/24 parkruns completed - 10 raised so far. Team World Vision 5k challenge. And they're a great bunch so I decided to get involved with this. My aim is to complete 24 parkruns (2 a month) between June 2013 and June 2014. 1 Oldham parkrun - 8/6/13 - 41 minutes 15 seconds.

On Saturday 20th July 2013 I took part in The Great Manchester Swim. One mile in the ship canal - hard work but I loved it, and all for a brilliant cause! So I did it! A mile in the ship canal.
