We have a great theme this month, we want to see you include a "Colors of Your Country/Patriotic" theme on your scored project. I chose to do a wreath with an Americana theme. I used a variety of sizes of rosettes, ranging from 1" to 2". The wreath is cut from an 11 1/2" circle from chipboard. Here are a few more views. Thanks for stopping today! Seasons Change: November 2011
http://janicewhiting.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 10, 2011. These past couple of days I've been noticing a little change going on within me. And I'm thrilled! Now, its a small change, but change nonetheless. I've found my mood lightening a bit and have sensed/felt glimpses of joy! Can I get a hearty "hallelujah! The list goes on. Hard. It has been hard. We still don't know the language nor have our family and friends with us YET I've felt glimpses of joy. Where did they come from? The effective, fervent. Man avails much" (James 5:16).

"Thoughtful" - Laura Kirste
http://www.laurakirste.com/2015/08/01/thoughtful
August 28, 2016. 8220;Thoughtful”, by Laura Kirste Campbell. Acrylic on 36″ x 36″ wrapped cotton canvas using a 3/4″ flat brush and a limited color palette. I had fun throughout the entire process of painting “Thoughtful”. Even though it didn’t turn out the way I had originally envisioned, it was colorful at every level! Sigh, I must work at training my eyes to see the variety of values while looking at colors. The warm and cool shades of a single color is another area I’m practicing. It’...I chose to le...

Now you don't have to make a project, a card is good too, it just has to be one color family. Here is my project. I made a tea bag holder similar to an accordian file folder holder. The size of my tea holder is 3" x 4". Chip board with matching designer paper. Next, cut the corner, as shown to create the envelope and attach 1/4" Scor-Tape as shown.
