We flew into Lima, Peru and from there we took the flight to Quito. We were a bit surprised at the number of security checks that we, like the other passengers, had to undergo. I am writing this blog post from Vietnam to record for posterity and tell you all about our fabulous time in Sydney, Australia. We arrived in Sydney on the 12th of December and left on the 12th of January. Spending both Christmas and New Year. When leaving New Zealand we had a last minute panic about Visas. I suddenly realised that you had to get one in advance and that it would take 3 days to get it! One of the beasts.

We recharged our batteries on love, friendship, food and fun with our friends in New Zealand and Australia. Fair to say that at this point we were more than pleased with our adventures and would have happily returned to London. We pondered on this for a bit. and agreed to carry on.
