I enjoy the simple things in life and remind people whenever possible to SMILE! Sunday, March 4, 2012. Update on Fitness Goals:. Run 1000 miles in 2012. As of Friday I have run 34/1000. Lose 30 lbs. As of Wednesday I am down 8.4 lbs. Monday - run 4 miles training. Wednesday - run 3 miles. Friday - run 3 miles. Sunday - run 4 miles. Weight loss goal: 2.6 lbs.

SO, next week I'm setting my goals high to make up for lost ground. Weight loss - 5 lbs. Monday - stretch and strengthen. Tuesday - 3 mile run. Wednesday - 2 mile run or cross training. Sunday - 4 mile run.

Friday, December 26, 2008. I am so thankful that Jocelyn was healthy and no one else got 'the plague'! It was a wonderful day of celebration! The kids were great and I havent eaten that much in about 5 months.(since before the big diet! A New Double Digit Midget. Jocee turned 10 on the 17th of December! Friday, October 31, 2008. How do you spell success? Just a funny moment from today. My friend Krissy just finished her masters and is practicing her testing with preschoolers. I told her that she could practice on my boys so she came over today to do just that.
