A Path Through Tall Grass. It began as two months working with an AIDS program in Africa. Now I'm connected for life! The warm night air is filled with excitement and joy. Three boys beat out a steady African rhythm on the drums as the rest of the children sing and dance in ecstasy. In the darkness, I can barely make out the faces of my peers, joy radiating from their faces. I feel myself pulled along by the current. This is a very common theme in his sermons, as I know he has a heart for those who don't yet know Jesus' love. I just don't have the computer time that I used to have. Anyhow, here's our latest update. We are expecting a baby girl at the end of March! I am so excited to have someone to dress in pink and whose hair I can someday braid. Doesn't that sound silly? At this point, I believe her favorite activity is kicking me while I try to fall asleep.
