Exploring Europe the easy way. Thursday, 16 May 2013. Day 11 - Rome. Another early wake up and breakfast so we could be on the road by 7:30am to visit the Vatican and St Peter's Basicila (optional). Exploring Europe the easy way. Thursday, 16 May 2013. Day 7- French Riviera - Eze - Pisa - Florence. An early start as we leave the French Riviera and head towards Florence. On the way we stopped at Eze to visit a perfume factory. There was a tour where the manufacture of the perfumes was explained. My cough is awful and the perfumes were making it worse so I had to go and sit outside, missing the tour. Some of the group bought the products. There were ATMs here and we went in a pack to withdraw some cash.

After leaving an hour late, there was apparently a stop at some port in the middle of the night that normally takes 45 minutes and ran to an hour and a half. Hotellet ligger i Offerdal, Jämtland. I den samiska byn Jänsmässholmen, 10 mil nordväst om Östersund. Utanför hotellet tar fjällen vid, med milslånga skoter- och skidleder, fantastisk natur och vyer som tar andan ur en. Till större gruppen drar vi även upp skidspår. Välkommen till en helt annan värld! Hotellet var tidigare en skola för samer innan det byggdes om, först för att drivas som fritidsanläggning och senare som hotell, restaurang och konferensverksamhet.
