Japan, my stay there, the people and the happenings. Tuesday, April 17, 2007. This weekend I did homestay. In the countryside of Japan. "Hmm, you did what? I can hear you think. Well, basically it means that you get to hang out with and stay a night or two with a family in their home. So, I got a new dad, Otoosan. And mom , Okaasan. And sister, Oneesan. Party with lots of locals drinking and singing on a big public karaoke scene. And we drunk a lot of beer and Shochu. The Japanese equivalent to vodka.

Japan, my stay there, the people and the happenings. Tuesday, August 28, 2007. Now I'm finally back in Sweden! This year has been one of the most exciting years of my life and while it feels good to be home and meet friends and family it also feels sad to leave Japan which has become like my second home. But I know that I will be going back and that feels good, already looking forward to it! Anyway, now I'm hanging out a bit with my family and will start moving back into my apartment.
