Every applicant for admission to JARC will be screen relative to the following admissions:. Be 18 years of age or older. Have a documented intellectual disability but may have a secondary disability such as epilepsy, cerebral palsy, etc. This program does not meet the needs of persons with severe emotional or behavioral impairments. Be 21 years of age or older.
