Wednesday, January 20, 2010. You Talkin' to Me? God answered in a mighty way. The next day my neighbor called saddened by the news that a family dog had run away. She mentioned she was shooting up a prayer, so I told her I was going to do the same. 10 minutes later she called back "You're never going to believe this.the dog just came home! I was beginning to sense a theme here. As I stood there in awe of God's power, I half heartedly joked "God, are you talkin' to me? January 20, 2010 at 9:06 PM.

Thursday, March 24, 2011. It's been awhile since we've posted so here is just a short update on the fam. John just got called into the Stake High Counsel which means the kids better learn to behave during Sacrament meeting because mom only has two hands. Blake has been sick the last week with a really bad chest cold. His breathing sounds like he has been smoking a pack a day for 50 years. Tuesday, February 22, 2011. I had to throw this picture in because Blake is getting so big. He is finally getting more hair and those cheeks are just as cute as ever. Ashlynn and Taylor recently attended birthday parties where they went to a salon. All the girls got their hair and nails done. Monday, February 23, 2009. Fitness to the Harbor! OK, so I started trying to workout around 1/26/09 (my goal start date was WAY before that but I dont wanna get into that). OK I’m done whining. I do feel a lot better that I am doing something about my weight issues. I know I’m not super fat or anything, but we all want to be our best selves, and when we aren't it weighs on our self esteem. So I’m working on it, and that makes me feel better even if it will take longer than I was hoping. A blog named BETTY.
