Friday, December 31, 2010. Baby Jack is here! He came Tuesday, December 28th at 1:13 pm He weighed 7 lb 10 oz and was 21.5 inches long. He's perfect! We (especially Ava) can't get enough of him! She has to kiss him every couple minutes, no matter what she's doing, she has to take a small break to give him little kisses, so stinking cute! We have family here spoiling us right now so we'll be back to the blogging world shortly. Congrats he is darling! December 31, 2010 at 4:08 PM. Cant wait to meet him!

Its a time consuming meal so I always like to make more then one batch and freeze extras. It is also one of the more expensive meals. This one you'll want the Pyrex for as well. K so I don’t have measurements cuz I don’t measure anything…. This will make a 13x9 pan, sometimes a 13x9 pan and 9x9…. I generally have sauce left over, but I don’t know how much…. Cook one box of lasagna.

BEEF BURGANDY (CROCK POT). 15 pounds beef cut into 1" pieces. 1 can cream of mushroom soup. 1 cup red wine (You can use cooking wine, but seriously tastes better with real wine). 1 small onion chopped. 1 can 4oz sliced mushrooms. 1 package dry onion soup mix. 1 tablespoon minced garlic. We have an irrigation ditch that has flooded our house a couple times and now we need to pipe it in. We could sure use anybody's help who is willing.
