We may not have it all together, but together we have it all. Sunday, February 15, 2009. Yesterday, we headed up to Oak Glen to play in the snow. For Camila and Kaleb it was their first experience with snow. Larissa was the first of my kids to brave the sled. She loved it (even if it doesn't look like it)! Can you tell she takes playing seriously? The sled looked too dangerous to Kaitlyn, so she stuck to snowball fights. Look at that mega snowball she made. They were all like that. I haven't made it for awhile, but Megan made it for Ty the other day and reminded me how amazing it is and it's EASY! And yes, it is VERY similar to the CAFE RIO pork. Do a salad, or a burrito, or what ever you want. It also freezes very well! 6 lbs pork roast. 1 16 oz. bottle salsa. 2 cups brown sugar. 1 lb long-grain rice (2 ¼ C) 1 bunch of cilantro. 1 C mayo 3 tomatillas.
